Hello. Today 26.06.17, your taxi brought us from Dyures to Dermi, the taxi driver told the sum at the beginning of a trip of price - 2.000 lek, I two times asked - it is the exact price? The driver answered - yes. We agreed, as we didn't know how much is such trip. When we arrived to Dermi, the driver already shouted at us, swore obscene words and said that we owe it 26.000 lek. We told that we can pay in dollars, then it took from us $170, but it is not 26.000 lek, it is only 19.000 lek. There is he deceives not only passengers, but also your company. Why you have such drivers boors, and deceiving people??? The most awful taxi which I saw. Here photo of the car and number. I will advise nobody your taxi!!!
